 what are the care instructions for dolly lana products?

We recommend washing on a cool, delicate cycle and laying flat to dry. Our items are not preshrunk so please allow up to 10% shrinkage if you choose to tumble dry. Best results will be attained by allowing items to air dry.

how long does shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your products to be made and processed. We ship worldwide using USPS which comes with domestic tracking. We try to get your products shipped as soon as possible, but if you need to meet a deadline, please let us know this before placing your order.

can i return or exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unworn + unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. All original tags must still be attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds will be granted once the item is returned.

what if my package is lost or stolen?

Dolly Lana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact your local USPS. Orders marked as 'delivered' cannot be replaced, it is the seller's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package's domestic tracking info hasn't updated in 30 days, a new item will be sent.
